Process

We begin with a home visit of 60 - 90 minutes. Within three days of the home visit, you receive a written proposal that includes visuals & budget details.

At that point, we have a further discussion to refine & approve the proposal and to finalize a schedule that meets the clients needs.

When work begins, the project generally is completed in 2-5 days. The activity order is:

  • Repairs
  • Cleaning
  • Box & Store Personal Items & Clutter
  • Painting
  • Rearrange Existing Furniture, Accessories & Art
  • Add Approved “Fresh” Items
    (Bath Towels, Plants, Additional Lighting. etc.)

Pricing

Home Visit & Proposal: $100 for a single room, $250 for 3 or more rooms

Project Management & Labor:
Detailed in the proposal on a room-by-room basis.
A typical 3 bedroom/2 bath home would be a 2-day project and would total $700 + costs for “fresh” items to purchase. This estimate assumes no major repairs or painting.
